Use your brain

I received one call from one of the customer who travelled on Northwest Airlines to Midway Chicago, Illinois few weeks back. She claimed that she lost her laptop on the way to US because she checked-in her laptop!!!!! OMG, this is the very FIRST time I see people so dumb. Because all airlines are allowed laptop as carry-on item. She was asking me if she could claim her lost laptop and I told her a BIG NO NO due to your carelessness and stupidity !

Well guys, if you ever travel by flights, please DO NOT check-in your laptop. Keep that in mind!
