I'm not criticizing obese people

Tuesday, July 28, 2009

Somehow rather i do ask myself, would i criticize obese people?

Would you? Would you? Ask yourself this question.... please

Well...I know, it's very hard to answer because it does very irritate you when you meet someone like :

1/ Squeeze herself/himself into the train eventhough all of us inside the train were squashed like sardine.

2/ The big ass occupied two seats especially if you sitting next to it, you could feel its 'movement'. Sometime, they just thought they could 'FIT' herself/himself into that tiny compound and eventually seated. Unfortunately NOT. This is really inconsiderate.

3/ Okay, fined with occupied two seats, BUT they are 'fishing' (For Chinese, it means 'sleeping' -- hanging someway don't know where) inside the train and tend to 'fish' to your compound and leaned her/his head on your shoulder. **You may just push her/his head away...** hahaha...

4/ Their body odor is just too strong (you can easily faint) if you were to stand next her/him with one hand up to hold the pole or whatever they can grabbed to balance themselves.

5/ If their shirts are all wet, sweat and so-so- sticky and STICK to you...

By now, you should be able to imagine the whole scenario if you meet these obese people... Just sharing, no offense and I'm not criticizing obese people okay....

I-AM-GOING-TO-HONGKONG !!!

Tuesday, July 21, 2009

Yes!!! Finally, I'm going to HongKong... next month, during Merdeka weekend for summer sales. Come, let's go !

Recently, we were offered to stay at Regal Hotel Hong Kong from now until 31Aug09. And we were given a choice of 5 hotels : Regal Kowloon, Regal Hong Kong, Regal Airport, Regal Riverside and Regal Oriental. Does it sound great??

Let's check out the hotel room by each Regal Hotel :

Regal Airport Hotel, Chek Lap Kok

Regal Kowloon Hotel, Tsim Sha Tsui

Regal Hong Kong, Causeway Bay

Regal Riverside, Shatin

Regal Oriental, Kowloon City

Hence, I'd made a reservation myself a 3 complimentary nights stay at Regal Kowloon inclusive of breakfast. It's located at Tsim Sha Tsui area and easy accesible for me, who hasn't been to Hong Kong.. (what a shame, right?)

I haven't plan where to go yet and perhaps you guys would like to suggest like places to eat, or must see attractions?

I would buy Cathay Pacific flight ticket for myself and baby, as for his birthday present from me = ) Hope he would like it. I would say the whole trip was bought for him... and of course EXCLUDES expenses (la)... hahaha

A [H1N1]

Friday, July 3, 2009

DISCLAIMER : THIS IS MY PERSONAL BLOG AND PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW AND THOUGHTS EXPRESSED TOWARDS THE INFLUENZA A H1N1.

In view of the rising of the A H1N1 worldwide now, no doubt the World Health Organization (WHO) has announced pandemic influenza alert at phase 6 on 11Jun09, but the illness is curable. WHO is concerned about current patterns of serious cases and deaths that are occurring primarily among those with pre-existing medical conditions or pregnancy.

I really have no idea why Malaysia Government is so worried & afraid of the swine flu, and came out all sort of rubbish solutions, e.g non reporting your health condition upon returning from affected countries will be fined MYR 10000 or 2 years jail or both, non essential traveling (leisure or business trip) shall be deferred, closure of schools and blah blah blah...

And this, is the funniest statement I ever see from MOH!!! :
"We have no choice but to be stricter as this is the only way to keep the disease from spreading further,” Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said yesterday.
NONSENSE !!! This is rubbish !!! Closure of schools can prevent spreading it further? Let me ask you, how do you ensure those were under home quarantine are remain at home for 7-10 days? How do you ensure those who deferred their trips would not affected H1N1 in its own country? Yes, it could be minimal but the chances are there still! The large outbreaks of H1N1 has been just greatly exaggerated by the Malaysia Media.

I got this "10 rules for those who were under home quarantine" from one of the local Chinese news paper, which is way different from WHO !!!!!

I would definitely suggest you guys to get more accurate information from WHO website, a better understanding about the seasonal flu rather than listen to MOH! And here's the FAQ link from WHO. And I would like to emphasis once more that WHO did not against any travel restriction even to affected countries or self quarantine!!!

So why should you cancel your trip since you've paid so much??
