Another week gone...

Well, it has been a week plus i didn't update my blog. I was busy watching Hong Kong drama which I'd completed it yesterday only.

And lately, things are not going well with me. It's one of the reason I don't feel like blogging. I slept over it... hope things will be better.

I've booked myself a ticket to go for a short holiday plus work. *OMG, work???*
Just to East Malaysia! I missed all my friends there. Everytime when I was there, due to time constraint and I couldn't meet all of them. Hopefully this time, I shall spend quality time with them.

Sigh.. I'm now stuck in the office waiting for dear to pick me up for dinner... *starving and freezing*

Dinner @ Kangsane BBQ

It has been awhile I'd heard of the Korean Village at Ampang, but never been.. until one day, my friend proposed to have dinner there.

I was kind of impressed, there are so many Korean Restaurants along the road, as well as Korean mini markets and condos or apartments that full of Korean. That's why named as Korean Village.

So we picked and chose to have dinner at Kangsane BBQ. It was double storey restaurant, they have a so-called 'private' table with bamboo shades for 2-4 peoples at downstair, whereas upstair it's more for big group.

I'm not so familiar with the korean foods, as were my friend. Therefore, we just random pick, DO RE MI... here we go :

The rice served with wooden hot pot. They took out the rice and put it
into the rice bowl and the remaining, pour some water, cook for 5-10
minutes and it became porridge.

I kinda like this place, as the waiter do teach you the dine etiquette, and they are just be patient and polite. You will just feel the warmest when you dine in.. Don't con by the food menu, it looks very small portion but when in fact, it's BIG enough for 2 serving. Well, we finished at about 10pm only.. too filing and stomach was bloated. Had a great chat as well. Thanks for the dinner my friend!

Today is 911

Time flies, today is September 11 again...

Airlines are required by the federal government to collect the Passenger Civil Aviation Security Fee to pay for costs of civil aviation security measures implemented as a result of the 11 September, 2001 terrorist attacks.

The fee is $2.50 per segment.
The maximum fee for a one-way trip with multiple legs is $5.00.
The maximum fee for a round-trip with multiple legs is $10.00.

This fee is collected for departures from the U.S., U.S. possessions which includes Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, and US Territories, which includes Guam, American Samoa, and the Mariana Islands.

Changes to the travel itinerary may result in either additional fees or a refund. Passengers who believe they are entitled to a refund should contact the airline which sold the ticket. The fees are collected by the direct air carriers, who must remit the fees to the Transportation Security Administration on a monthly basis.

Dinner @ Chocolate

After spending my day at coffee bean, online, chatting and blogging... I'd decided to dine at Chocolate for my dinner. You might be thinking, chocolate? for dinner? filling? huh? Yes, it's very filling !!!

We placed our order at the counter, and paid for the bill, it is just like the 'fast food concept', pay before you dine. We ordered 3 different favor of chocolate pancake and waffle. Let's check out the foods...

I couldn't finish my German Strudel because it's just simply too sweet for me, and the bread is too hard and thick for me. What a waste! How I wish if they have the dark chocolate waffle??? It will be really nice I think? *slurpy, love the dark chocolate*

For Chaw and Denn, they were manage to finish theirs.. *clap hands*
*whispering* because they both are BIG EATER. muahahahahahha

Brunch @ Jarrod & Rawlins

Are you cracking your head to think what to have for lunch or dinner??? If you do not have any thing in your mind then try this -- Jarrod & Rawlins at One Utama. I wouldn't say it's super delicious.. but it's consider Okay-La... It's slightly on the expensive range.

We ordered sizzling hot plates... Pork Chop & Mixed sausages platter.. both are serving with fries, corn on cob, poaches asparagus, and sundried tomato. But waiters recommended to have a change, instead of taking fries, I can have mashed potatoes.. *yummy* (mashed potatoes are my favourite). And you have a choice of gravy--Black Pepper or Onion Gravy.

Furniture Fair

Yesterday I went to furniture fair instead of Matta fair. For me, Matta fair is just too bored and nothing special nowadays... It's all about travel travel and travel. And yet, Matta fair is not that successful as compared those time (few years back).

Now our economic and politics are not stable though, moreover the fuel had increased so much now despite the crude oil price has dropped a little but airlines are still maintained their fuel price as it is.. or some airlines, e.g Malaysia Airlines keeps increase their fuel....

That's why, this year I would like to have a change.. go for furniture fair which held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center... It was free entrance and they have lucky draw session every hour (but normally I don't have the LUCK).

There have variety brand of designs for bed frames, mattresses, coaches, wardrobes, dining table and etc... There is one that really caught my attention--the bed frames as well as the bed sheet and the comforter. The design was so simple and yet elegant... I have the pictures of design.. check 'em out...

I would prefer the first design.. it is white in colour... But baby would prefer the second design... So which one do you prefer?? =P

Dinner @ Pizza Uno

Yesterday, someone dropped his/her 50 note somewhere... I saw and I picked it up (not to say dishonest) since there's no one beside me or passing by me... Lucky me huh?

So with the extra 50 note.. I treated my roomie for dinner at Una-Pizza. Both of us had a table at the corner, had fun talking and laughing... We are not lesbian okay, it's just that we both can really 'click' well. We understand each other very well too... ok, i know it sounds weird now, I should stop it.

Okay, lets talk about the foods... *drooling*

Since we were not starving, we'd ordered some light foods... We had one Tapas--Bacalao, deep fried salted cod fish in potato croquettes, one Garden Salad with thousand island dressing and one home-made spiralli Aglio Olio.

We'd spent only MYR 48 with drinks of course ! And I have MYR 2 for my saving??? Hahahaha =P I would say, this is the luckiest day I had for the past 20 over years!!! LoLz..

Dinner @ Seri Penang

After lepaking at Starbucks, we hopped on to the shop right opposite of Starbucks---Seri Penang since everyone do not want to walk too far...

We ordered ala carte except for Mel... 4 of us ordered 5 dishes..??? Sound ridiculous right? The foods portion are not small though, its kinda filling! But of course, it's not cheap also... Check out the foods price below :

Tension or Relax?

It was the public holiday.... after my facial treatment, I went to The Curve meeting up with my friends... they were 'lepaking' at Starbucks Ikano..

I thought they were chit-chatting BUT when I arrived, they were busy with their gadgets.... John and Adam were doing their WORKS at Starbucks, Melissa was playing her PSP... and I was kinda bored that time, so I took out my camera start snapping pictures (playing with my gadgets as well) =P...

Facial Treatment

Today, I made a facial treatment appointment with Kanebo International Salon--a six-star services with timeless expertise.... At first, I was thinking to go to the outlet at Bangsar, but its fully booked. So I'd decided to call up the one located at StarHill Gallery...

I made an appointment at 2pm... upon arrival, there were one couples waiting to be served. So I have to wait. While waiting, they need me to fill up the some form first and a cup of tea was served. As soon as I finished... A lady direct me to the so called 'waiting lounge', to soak my feet into the basin... The water was so warm and it was so damn nice and comfortable after 2 days shopping with baby...

I'd relaxed myself by soaking my feet while reading magazines and had a cup of tea---awaiting to be served. Soon after, a consultant came to me and told me their current promotions and blah blah blah..... I took one package, pretty good which includes one radiance energylift treatment (MYR 248), one hot stone body treatment (MYR 168), one FairCrea product--white power of clear (MYR 145) and one Blanchir product--whitening conclusion (MYR 190)... With this 4 items, I only pay MYR 388... cheap right? I'm pretty satisfy with their service provided. Product wise...pretty good because I've been using Kanebo products for 2 years already, kinda like the Japanese products-from skin cares to cosmetics... Price wise, it's affordable.... =P

I'm going to make another appointment soon for my hot stone body treatment, anyone interested?? Lets come, be rejuvenated by exclusive beauty regimen!

Merdeka Weekend

It was a long weekend... minus out the half day work on Saturday... We both had a super late lunch at Damansara Utama while baby waiting for his hair cut (a lot of people and need to wait for an hour). And we window-shopped some boutiques around too.

Then heading down to MidValley & The Garden for shopping... baby did a lot of shopping, i was busy helping him to pick and choose the nicest one... He bought some working shirts, pants, and casual wears.... and again I window-shopped. LoLz (just don't feel like buying anything)

Sunday, we met up for lunch at SS2 and heading to The Garden again to collect his altered pants he bought on Saturday. Then drove to downtown. Walked around at Sungai Wang and Time Square... We were thinking to get something at G2000 which they were offering discount up to 70% for stock clearance at Time Square we saw it early August. And we were told the sales is until end of the month... Unfortunately, the shop was closed down when we arrived... no more G2000... what a waste!!! :(

We didn't walked that much today, we drove back to PJ to have banana leaf rice after done our shopping at Levi's. There goes our 2 days--shopping around =P It was good as I'd spent more time with baby this weekend...
