well, people like to avoid troublesome so they skip all the proper detail that suppose to understand. its a human way to avoid jaming in the brain. so its bad to u as they seems dont want to understand. but its good for the law as their clumpsiness of lazy action that will cost them. by the time they aware they loose everything.
