I Talk You Talk How to Listen?

One of the fussy and grumpy client called up, asking these and asking that, when she asked , (obviously she would like to get an answer from me), I then replied, but she keep talking talking non-stop... then she ask me HOW again.. i told her, "WHEN I TALK, YOU LISTEN TO ME, IF I TALK AND YOU TALK AT THE SAME TIME HOW TO LISTEN?" Yet she just ignored what I've said, she keeps distracting... WTF! Ohh please, she's not talking nicely but shouting and yelling over the phone.. I can't imagine that she was the former staff from MAS and I just hate people talking to me like that regardless who you are. I just don't give a damn !
