Whenever you calling someone or asking a favor from someone, please be polite.
First, GREETING is essential !
Second, if you would like to know the person that you talk to, ask politely. E.g, May I know who's on the line and etc... instead of asking " WHO ARE YOU ?" This is very rude and If you are asking me then, too bad la, i would not answer you !
Many travel industries people just call up and asking for favors without greeting or they will just ask " WHO IS THIS ?".. I wonder, somehow, peoples are just lack of educations.. should have send them back to kindergarden, start to learn how to greet and talk politely.

well...next time u receive a call asking who's on the line...try this... ask them what number did he dial..then ask him where did he get the number..then ask him more question related to where he get the number and whom it belonged to..am sure the next time they call they wont ask who is this anymore...well this is only to swallow their phone bills also..teaching them a lesson.
i totally agree with liasan. she is so kind and logical. now everyone is educated like you. degree holder. but u sound so primitive .. you shouldnt work in service line
