女人多的地方是非多 means when there are women there are gossips!
True, this is proven when your company has more women than men. You will finds it everyday, every hour, every minutes and every seconds. This is insane !!!
I wonder why must they gossips? Why must they back-stab each other? Why can't they just talk it out instead? Why Why Why??? I have so many questions in my mind now.
I just feel all these people very annoying and they just go on strike whenever they want. Hello!!!! You no longer a small kid! Should you find anything you dislike, disagree, just share and tell right upfront. Back-stab would not help you or help me either, and it's not healthy!
Any invaluable advise?

ha.. i always ignore only.. coz the more you care, the more fun they'll have and they'll continue it coz they wanna see the continuous story.. if you ignore, then no more fun for them and i believe they cant create any further story to gossip..
this is true... I ignored most of the time. But I would really appreciate if they could just talk upfront.. lol...
